Lay-bys

Stockroom offers lay-bys.

The lay-by period is agreed between Stockroom and the customer.

A deposit must be a minimum of 20% of the total purchase value.

The cancellation charge on a Lay-by is 20% of the total purchase price.

There are no returns or exchanges on Lay-by items with the exception of faulty goods or in accordance with your legislated rights.

The customer or the store has the right to cancel a Lay-by.

If the store cancels the Lay-by within three weeks the customer will be given seven days notice and will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made.

Customers will be contacted for all Lay-bys that are not completed by the agreed due date. After the due date the Lay-by will be cancelled and no refund will be made.

In the event of the customer failing to communicate with Stockroom regarding lay-by payment and/or pick up, the Lay-by will be cancelled and no refund will be made.

The cancellation charge is applied to compensate the retailer's selling, storage and administration costs.

Any items placed on Lay-by cannot be altered until the Lay-by has been paid in full.

No items can be taken by the customer until the entire Lay-by has been paid in full.

 

Vouchers

Stockroom offers vouchers for any amount

Gift vouchers are only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited

Gift vouchers will be considered null and void without the Expiry date and Authorised Signature being filled up, sealed and other authentication signs or if tampered with.

Gift vouchers won't be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen, and will be considered null and void if tampered with.

Stockroom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

 

Delivery times and Processing

Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 4 days from the time of shipment. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra day depending on your location.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day.              

When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@stockroom.space.

 

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are in Australian Dollars including GST.

Due to their fragility and or size, some items cannot be sent through AU POST. Please contact us for a delivery quote and make sure you select the DELIVERY option on the checkout page.

 

Taxes and Currency 

Note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency. Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Availability of Items

In the occasion that items may be sold out at the time of purchase due to stock quantities not being updated in real-time, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

 

Changes to your Order

We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once your order has been placed - but our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at info@stockroom.space immediately.

If your order has already been shipped, Stockroom accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

 

Exchange

Please be aware that most of our items are handmade, therefore variations and irregularities may occur in size, shape, colour making most piece unique and one-of-a-kind. 

We will happily exchange, or supply a store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Please make sure your item(s) are in brand new, unworn and/or unused condition and we recommend sending your item(s) back to us with a trackable service to minimise the chance of loss. 

We don't cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, but we will happily send out your new item(s) free of charge.

No exchange or store credit is offered on sale or discounted items.

Returns

Please be aware that most of our items are handmade, therefore variations and irregularities may occur in size, shape, colour making most pieces unique and one-of-a-kind.  

Please be mindful of the selection of your purchases as we do not refund if you’ve changed your mind. However, we will happily exchange these items within 14 days (see above)

If you find the item has manufacturing faults, we do offer a full refund or exchange on full-priced items providing items are returned within 7 days of notification at your own postage cost.

Refunds are only applicable if Items are returned in their original condition - which is unused, unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached.

In the unlikely event that you will find your item faulty, we will make sure it will be repaired and sent back to you with no further postage fee - or we will offer a refund on this item.

No refunds will be offered on sale or discounted items.

Please be aware that most of our items are handmade, therefore variations and irregularities may occur in size, shape, and colour making most pieces unique and one-of-a-kind. 

Please be mindful upon the approval of your commissioned art/piece, as we won’t be able to exchange, refund or provide a store credit if you’ve changed your mind.
